Susan E. Bamann, Ph. D., Senior Archaeologist, is a graduate of the University of Albany(SUNY). Dr. Bamann specializes in Native American archaeology and has specific interests in precontact settlement change as well as ceramic and lithic analysis. She has completed data recovery excavations at an Archaic period site (31WK223) in Western NC and a Woodland period site (31ED333) in Eastern NC. She is currently directing data recovery excavations at multiple sites in Southeastern VA. Susan is a Registered Professional Archaeologist |
