Bill Hall, Historian, conducts historical background research. Bill received his BA degree in history from North Carolina Wesleyan College graduating Summa Cum Laude. He has a special interest in the American Civil War, conducting research on several Civil War battlefields, including Chancellorsville, Spotsylvania, and Manassas. Bill researched and developed a context for the All American Engineering facility that conducted military aviation testing at the Sussex County Airport, Georgetown, Delaware.
