| I-81 Corridor in Virginia |

CCR conducted cultural resource studies in support of the Tier I EIS for improvements to the entire 325-mile length of I-81. The Tier I process addressed all the previously known historic architecture and archaeological sites, with limited survey to identify potential historic resources. Over 2000 state files were reviewed and mapped. The study corridor extends through the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia from the Tennessee State Line down to the West Virginia State Line. |
